Allianz Assistance – Best Operator 2024
Allianz are a very strong customer of ours and have trusted us over the years to help them deal with both recovery and roadside assistance in their sector, which is providing service to new car customers when faults appear under warranty. Under this umbrella lies BMW Assistance, Aston martin, Fiat, Volvo just to name a few.
Since 2018 we have held a 0% rejection rate – we have attended and dealt with every job they have given us and were very honoured and proud to receive this prestigious award from them.
Call Assist – Operator of the Year runner up 2019
Out of over 320 companies across the U.K, we managed to bag a second place back in 2019 for all round operations. Call assist have put lots of trust in us since day 1. Providing both roadside assistance, vehicle recovery and everything in-between! Unfortunately since 2019 (post covid) they have not held another award ceremony, but we did receive this commendation through email from their management on our performance through 2024:
“I just wanted to share your 2024 performance with you, as it’s been another good year on all fronts.
To quote the guy who does our stats – ‘Wow, Beacon are bloody good’. I don’t have much else to say other than thank you for your continued support, and lets hope for another successful year.
