Welcome to Beacon Recovery Services, The newly formed company that has taken over from cliff garage recovery. Along with bringing in more staff with greater abilities we have also completely revamped our vehicle fleet too, we have 13 vehicles to deal with all of your breakdown needs in all vehicle sizes. We offer our services to anything from a mobility scooter to a 44 ton artic truck quickly and efficiently due to our staff count of 5 fully trained and certified employees all on a nationwide 24hr call out. Any vehicle stranded within a 40-mile radius of our base will be usually attended to within the hour.
We are ISO9001 & PAS43 accredited.
We also have a large state of the art workshop to carry out repairs after recovering your vehicle while you wait in our comfortable waiting area equipped with central heating, washroom, and kitchen.
We spend 30 minutes labour time on the scene with every call out, this gives us time to look into potential problems or faults your vehicle may have, this gives a highly likely possibility that your vehicle will be fixed at roadside and avoid recovery. The 30 mins labour can also include our state of the art diagnostic equipment at no extra cost if this is needed. All will be carried out by our skilled technicians that are level 3 certified industry recognised motor technicians. Nobody wants to break down, so it is our job to make it as stress-free as possible for you and get you back on the road ASAP!
